When you contact us
Please include the calculator or tab involved, the inputs you used, the result you expected, and your iPhone model/iOS version if relevant. Please do not include incident-sensitive information or personal data. You can attach a screenshot through the in-app Contact tab when it helps explain the issue.
Subscription access
If you purchased access and the app shows a paywall, use the app’s Restore Access option or contact support from the email associated with your purchase. Never send payment-card details by email.
Documentation
For calculator inputs, outputs, hose coefficients, unit conversions, and relay-planning guidance, use the Wildfire Engineers Calc user manual.
